I just spent $75 for tickets to a concert tonight about 45 miles north, and I look out the window and see icicles!

Ice storms in the south mean no driving, for sure. Might as well be seeing little dollar bills with wings on them flying away in the sleet.

Just want to put in a word for House of Leaves--not sure it's a great book, but definitely a strange one. Also, The Secret History is well worth reading.
